HELP!
i spent my whole day doing physics! and i just completed the DC tutorials. thats all i did for today. not like it's a long chapter. so yes, im feeling kinda guilty. =S most of the time i was having my notes in one hand, lying on the bed, then i fell asleep. i slept a lot today. thats bad. oh no, i'm gonna waste another weekend. but then again, at the very least, i did my physics tutorial. ok, im just consoling myself. haha.
PT yesterday was short and sweet! it should be like that every friday. haha. the 20 mins jog was woah! felt a sense of accomplishment after that. =) i could even hear my heartbeat without having to feel for it! haha. alicia could hear hers too!

i got to remember to put sunblock for training tomorrow! hope it doesnt rain! =)
